Payment and/or estimated co-payments are required at the time of treatment. We accept many different insurance plans, and we will assist you with the insurance submission process.

Our office submits the claims electronically. We also accept cash, checks, Visa, MC and American Express.

Dr. Mishel participates with most major insurance carriers. Please check with your insurance carrier prior to scheduling to confirm coverage.
